ROOMMATE NEEDED

(2) Rooms will be available to rent in Palisades home 10 minutes from town. 1 room is available immediately the other will be ready for rent on 4/1. Room dimentions are 12' x 12'. California King size beds are included. Rent of $500 is just for the room. Utilities (gas, cable, internet, electric, refuse service) will be split evenly by all room mates. Deposit of $375 per room and minimum 6 month rental agreement is required. Absolutely NO DRUGS! Smokers OK but they must do so outside. Parking is available in the driveway.

We are looking for persons who are a good fit to share our home. We will require references and will seek employment verification. Inquiries for the potential room mates will be taken via e-mail first and then interviews will be set up. If you do not meet the requirements or are looking for short term rental only, please do not respond! Serious inquiries only!
